Mark F. Proudman asks if Hansard is online, or if there are plans to put it there.

The UK Houses of Parliament are currently digitising all six series of the Hansard Parliamentary Debates from 1803 onwards. This will take around 18 months to complete. Over the coming months we will be developing plans to put the digitised Hansards online. They will probably be available via the UK Parliament website, www.parliament.uk

ハンサドとは、記事にもあるとおり、ブリテンの国会討議録です。それだけで歴史が書けるわけではないですが、中央政治の基本事項をおさえる史料でしょう。また、言説分析の対象にもなります。R. McGowen の初期の研究が好例です。ただのオンライン化なのか、データベース化なのか、ちょっと気にかかりますが。
